When you call us during working hours you will speak with someone on our staff, not someone overseas. If all lines are busy we will get back to you within an hour. When you email us, someone will email you back within an hour or so. We do not make you press #1 for English – only to be transferred to someone who can’t really speak English. We’ve noticed this has been a current trend and we don’t like it at all. Please contact us if you have any questions, concerns or problems with anything at all.
